From one global challenge to another—the need for resilience and agility grows.
And yet, in the midst of these challenges, opportunities exist for those individuals and organizations who are able to sense and respond to them. Evolving customer and workforce expectations, alongside new innovations, open new markets and transform others—and it is from this opportunity that organizations thrive.

In a year of economic and social crises, many organizations are protecting themselves by cutting costs, reducing staff, and focusing on “core business”. However, this has had the unintended consequence of reducing collaboration and innovation. As organizations put up walls, so to do teams and divisions. People are afraid.
The irony is that, as many organizations try to consolidate and protect their existing customers, they are losing sight of the opportunities in the market.
