“Can you have soul at work?” | Jardena London
Through humor and real-life anecdotes, Jardena London helped us learn to incorporate our soul into our work. According to Jardena, soul at work depends on three things: power, meaning who has power and who works for those with power in a given organization; freedom, meaning the things that bind us to unhealthy and unfulfilling careers–such as salary and seniority; and connection, meaning the importance of creating real and fulfilling relationships at work. Jardena also introduced the Souls@Work Bill of Rights, which dictates what employees should be able to expect out of a given job regardless of pay structure.
