Self-defined Agile Magician Laurence Jourdain is an Enterprise Agility Culture Program Manager at Belgian-based BNP Paribas Fortis. Jourdain shares with us her experience with the bank's big-bang transformation in the highly regulated banking industry. Rather than using a single scaling framework, BNP Paribas Fortis drew from three frameworks - SAFe, the Spotify Model, and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) - letting the different organizations pull in the framework that worked best for them. Throughout the transformation, the focus has been on improving customer journeys.

Hosted by Evan Campbell in NYC at Business Agility 2018.
