Rebecca is the Director of People and Performance for both Australia and Asia at Xero. With great people and teams being a strategic priority at Xero, Rebecca’s role is focussed on enabling people to do the best work of their lives, which includes supporting and growing collaborative and highly effective teams.
Rebecca’s background is in management consulting and she spent over 13 years with Booz & Company which became part of PwC consulting as Strategy&. During this time she consulted to a variety of clients across industries, sectors and geographies. Being given insights into so many different types of organisations allowed Rebecca to develop her interest in and passion for everything people and culture related. Rebecca strives to push the dial on the people experience we provide both employees and customers
