Join the Business Agility HR Guild
Join the Business Agility Institute’s HR Guild to discover the best research on Agile HR, meet and learn from your industry peers, and connect with global experts across the community.
Almost every organization intends to develop its staff and create an engaging, safe and empowering work environment. How can you build an engaging environment marked by trust and respect? Where do you start, and what does success look like? These are questions that any HR professional might ask themselves at some point along the journey. We formed the Business Agility Institute HR Guild to help provide guidance, research, and even answers to some of the most challenging aspects of HR through an Agile lens.
The HR Guild is a network of HR professionals who are facing challenges in their organizations brought on by rapid change; who have been tasked with guiding an Agile transformation; or simply those who are interested in learning more about HR through the lens of business agility.
Each week, you will receive an email with a reading, video, or other learning resource designed to guide you through common challenges or introduce a new approach or method within the business agility spectrum. From there, you can choose your level of engagement through a number of channels designed to provide a forum for discussion and community. To join the Guild, fill out the form below.

If you are interested in learning more about Agile HR, we recommend pursuing the ICAgile Agile Talent certification (ICP-TAL). This certification is part of a specialized journey within the Business Agility track and is aimed at people who are in what organizations traditionally call the Human Resources (HR) domain. Participants will come away with the knowledge necessary to tackle new ways of thinking and working equipped with people engagement practices that are more humanistic and values-based.
