After purchasing your Training Pass, you'll receive an email with a unique code and instructions for booking your courses. You can choose any 3 courses from our 2025 schedule.
Yes, Training Passes are transferable. Please contact us at [email protected] with the details of the transfer, and we'll update our records accordingly.
We get it—plans change. You’re welcome to reschedule your course up to 7 days before it starts, free of charge. If something comes up within 7 days of your course, reach out anyway—we’ll do our best to help.
All courses include a certificate of completion from the Business Agility Institute. Some courses may also offer additional industry certifications, which will be noted in the course description.
Your Training Pass is valid for all courses scheduled during the 2025 calendar year. We recommend booking early to ensure you get your preferred courses and dates.
