The operating model for agile organizations
The Domains of Business Agility are the defining cultural and behavioral characteristics of an agile organization. Spanning the entire organizational system, each domain is equally important, necessary, and interrelated to each other. This model outlines the capabilities needed with which an organization is instinctively able to seize emerging and unforeseen opportunities for its customers' benefit.
